Meet Chef Vincent
French-born and raised, chef Vincent brings over 17 years of culinary devotion to his craft. His deep reverence for food began in his father’s kitchen in France, sparking a lifelong journey that eventually led him to study at the Perth Culinary School in Australia. Over eight immersive years, he refined his skills across a dynamic spectrum of kitchens, from fine dining restaurants and vibrant cafés to large-scale catering operations and his own culinary pop-ups.
Now rooted in the stunning Columbia River Gorge, Vincent pours this diverse, global inspiration into Regenerative Kitchen. His culinary philosophy elegantly marries foundational French technique with the untamed beauty of the Pacific Northwest.
